Terms of Service
The basic terms for using ReplyAlerts.
These terms govern your access to ReplyAlerts during early access and after launch. By using the product, you agree to use it responsibly and understand that the workflow is still evolving.
Service
Reply Alerts provides Reddit monitoring, prioritization, Telegram delivery, and reply-draft assistance. Features may change or improve as we continue developing the service.
Eligibility and account use
You are responsible for the account you use to access ReplyAlerts, the product information you submit, and the notification channels you connect.
Acceptable use
You may not use ReplyAlerts to abuse platforms, bypass moderation rules, spam communities, or run activity that is fraudulent, harmful, or illegal.
Reddit and third-party platforms
You remain responsible for how you use recommendations, alerts, or reply drafts on Reddit or any other platform. ReplyAlerts does not guarantee that any reply, post, or action will comply with every subreddit or platform rule.
No guarantees
ReplyAlerts helps with discovery, prioritization, and workflow speed, but it does not guarantee traffic, conversions, replies, or business outcomes.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid access is billed as a recurring subscription through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. The price and billing interval are shown before purchase. A Founder subscription covers up to three product workspaces on one Reply Alerts account.
Cancellation
You can cancel through the billing portal in Reply Alerts or through the manage-subscription link supplied by Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues through the paid billing period unless Paddle or applicable law requires otherwise.
Availability and changes
We may update the service, change future pricing or access rules, or suspend access where necessary to protect the product or other users. Changes do not alter a completed billing period without notice.
Seller identity and refunds
Reply Alerts is the product and operating brand. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for paid purchases. Refund eligibility and requests are described in our Refund Policy.
Termination
We may suspend or remove access if the product is misused, if the service creates undue risk, or if continued access is no longer appropriate. You may also stop using the service at any time.
Updates
We may revise these terms as the product matures. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date shown here.
