How ReplyAlerts handles your data.

ReplyAlerts helps founders monitor Reddit, review relevant threads, and move from signal to reply faster. This page explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

What we collect

Your product URL and onboarding inputs so we can understand what you sell and which Reddit conversations matter.
Basic account details from Google sign-in, including your name, email address, and profile image when available.
Delivery settings you choose, including email targets and Telegram connection details if you link Telegram.
Billing identifiers and subscription status supplied by Paddle. Reply Alerts does not receive or store your full card number.
Usage and feedback data inside the product, such as saved settings, reply feedback, and workspace activity.
Public Reddit thread data that the product monitors or surfaces inside your workspace.
If you optionally add a public Reddit username, a limited sample of public posts and comments plus a derived Voice Card and representative examples. We do not collect your Reddit password, session, or two-factor codes.

How we use the data

To create and maintain your workspace, activate product access, and contact you about the service.
To monitor Reddit for threads that match your product, generate reply assistance, and deliver alerts.
To improve relevance, product quality, and anti-spam safeguards across the workflow.
To match draft cadence to your reviewed public writing style without inventing personal experiences or posting on your behalf.
To investigate misuse, protect the service, and enforce access rules when needed.

Third-party services

We use Google for authentication, Supabase for application data, Railway for hosting, Paddle for checkout and subscription billing, and email or notification providers such as Resend and Telegram where applicable.
These providers may process data required to run the service. Their own privacy policies also apply.

How long we keep data

We keep account, workspace, and alert configuration data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to operate the service.
We may retain limited logs or support records for security, debugging, and compliance purposes.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not claim ownership over your product, brand, or the public threads you monitor.
We do not use Reddit credentials, auto-post comments, send Reddit DMs, or take actions through your Reddit account.

Your choices

You can request account or workspace deletion by contacting us.
You can disconnect Telegram and stop email delivery inside the product settings.
You can stop using the product at any time.

Updates

We may update this policy as the product evolves. If the changes are material, we will update the effective date and reflect the new terms here.
